Hi,
the xen-config.sxp file contains possible values for some settings
regarding xml-rpc server.

Sorry guys, after further searching I found there's a xen-api list,
and posted some questions there - it is unfortunately not shown on
lists.xensource.com - a secret list :)

Any user experience that tell me if anyone ever used this xml-rpc
stuff and how it can be enabled is still very much appreciated.

If it doesn't work, a little hint for the developers that it might be
taken out of the config file to cause no confusion :) (if it works it
probably needs more explanantion on how it can be really enabled -.
but maybe I oversee something)

Henning

I'm using XML RPC but I wrote my own listener instead of using xend. Can you make an rpc request after restarting xend? If you try calling a function that doesn't exist you should at least get an error message.
