I have a couple of Windows systems that are running on "real machines".

To save a bit of electricity, I'd like to move them to a server running Xen (HVM-capable).

Right now, Windows "real" servers are running on SCSI+RAID controller.
When they are migrated to a Linux server running Xen, I'd like to have the data placed on LVM-2.

Are there any documents describing such "real Windows -> Xen Windows migration" process?
