| OK, I wanted to say thanks for all the help on this topic. I finally got it up and running. And this was the problem. 
 ****** Xen does not work out the box with broadcom drivers.******
 
 After Installing, openSuSE, Novell SuSE, and FC6, I finally found the bug report on this.

 Have you checked to make sure you're not using NetworkManager as a way
 of controlling the ethernet connection in dom0? Xen uses a set of
 scripts to control the network, and these are not compatible with
 NetworkManager, so you have to use the traditional ifup/ifdown method
 for network connectivity.
