[Xen-users] Xen for testing fail-over set-ups
| Hi all,
This may be a simple question for some of you, but I can't seem to find any reference to it on the internet. I created two VMs on the same server (Debian Etch) in which I wanted to test a fail-over set-up. DRBD works perfectly, but I'm not trying to get one virtual IP that can be used by both VMs. However, when I specify the same ip address in both configurations in the vif part, I get an error when trying to start the second VM. Is there any way around this, so I can try a heartbeat set-up in which one server takes over the ip when the other server is down?

 I'm using bridged networking.

 Any help is appreciated!
