I run the Vista on Xen 13099 of xen-3.0.4-testing,I run the "restart"
function,so Guest OS shutdown,but it not restart,and xm list return (XEN)
vlapic.c:312:d18 Ignoring guest SMI/NMI. 

why?and what is SMI,NMI?

My Environments is:
Main board: Intel 945 chipset 
Host OS : Fedora 6 X86 with 2 CPUs
Guest OS: VISTA (RTM Build 6000)
Xen package: 13099 in xen-3.0.4-testing tree (xen-3.0.4 final release)
