[Xen-users] Disk support for live migration and mirroring
| I have two systems on a the way to replace a ailing xen-2.0.7 box.
They will be brought current with xen-3xx . The systems need to
beable to have uptodate copys of all information in the event that
one of the nodes fails. Allowing the DomU's from the failed box to
be started on the remaining box. A basic HA cluster.
I figured I could use DRDB to mirror partitions and then export them
via nfs and use heartbeat to move who is the active NFS server. But
this would require me to use sparse files from disk images. Has
anyone used anything similar?
Its a simple set up, I do not have shared storage so i have to make
due with DRDB or NBD+MD0 but im open to anything. Is there a better
way given the hardware to provide this time of availability?
