Sorry about that.  We had to rename that machine.  The new URL is:

In a dell poweredge 1950
If I swap eth0 from the broadcom to a usb ethernet card using the rtl8150 
driver, the bridging works immediately. 
I'm using the debian sid xen packages xen-utils 3.0.2+hg9697-2
I've put a tcpdump prepared for ethereal from the xen dom0 here:

And one from the gateway here:

Obviously I can work around this using the usb ethernet card, but I'd 
prefer to use the gigabit nics that I've paid for.
