Hi,
   one easy way to create domU domains in debian is using the
xen-tools (http://xen-tools.org/software/xen-tools/). Once you have it
configured (really easy and with a lot of options) to create a domU is
just a single command: xen-create-image --hostname etch --ip
172.25.89.123

   You can create it to use disk files or a LVM volume group... and that's all!
