I am using xen-unstable from about one week ago as I needed better agp intel 
video driver support in dom0 (intel 945gm video chipset) that was not working 
from xen 3.0.2-2

Does anyone know if the 3.0.3 release includes better agp support that is 
provided from xen-unstable?

Not sure where the Changelogs are kept for releases.  I could only find the 
following in xen 3.0.3 tarball

$ find . -name "*hange*"

./tools/xm-test/ChangeLog
./tools/ioemu/Changelog
./tools/libaio/ChangeLog
./tools/firmware/vgabios/ChangeLog
./docs/misc/VMX_changes.txt
