Don't know why, but those errors seem to be about USB devices (OHCI/EHCI
are "Host Controllers" for USB IIRC). 

Not sure why Xen would make a difference, but try adding "nousb" to the
Xen boot line - which of course could kill your keyboard if you're
unlucky :-(
