Hello,

I am to try to make a migration of a DomU between two Nodes. The configuration that I have is the following one:

 [DomU]
      |
  [LVM]         [LVM]
[Dom0]      [Dom0]
    \                   /
      \               /
      [SCSI Disk]

The disc scsi is the one that is used for the data of the DomU. Its format is xfs.
The DomU is formed to have direct access to the card PCI that controls the disc (it is firewire).
When I do a migration (xm migrate --live domU destination_server) leaves the following error to me:
Error: /usr/lib/xen/bin/xc_save 10 18 3 0 0 1 failed

If I make the migration without --live, the error is:
ata1: command 0xea timeout stat 0x50 host_stat 0x0
ata1: command 0x35 timeout stat 0x50 host_stat 0x64
and the servant does not respond and is necessary to reinitiate it.
This error is about libata module (I think).

it is possible to make the migration as I wish, without having to resort to the data in NFS?
Some idea of like doing it?

thanks,

Javier.
