Thanks for your reply,
I don't want to enter in a discussion related to softwares' licenses but just asking for help. I'm on this problem since some days now, I've looked for alternatives, like using non-prorietary drivers (mISDN code) but none seem to be enough stable at the moment (experienced kernel oops, ...).

A quick grep of google says you've been bitten by the Richard Stallman "free must be free and nothing but free" bug.

Basically it seems you're using a module that is not GPL and the kernel is objecting.
