In case anyone *still* is looking for the source for 3.0.2, here are links:
[text of email message follows]

Thanks for your interest in Xen!

You requested a download of a binary tarball with the Xen hypervisor.
The tarball contains compiled Xen binaries.  As an expert user, you can
manually install the binaries in the correct locations on your Linux system,
to install a Xen host and guests.

This download has been built from the Xen 3.0.2 open source community code
base.
It has undergone very limited testing, is not supported in any way whatsoever,
and
will be fixed on a best-effort basis only.

Downloading or installing any of these tarballs constitutes an acknowledgement
and
acceptance of the warranty disclaimer and copyright information at the bottom
of this email.
