Hi,

trying to connect a domU machine to a Win2000 AD as a member Server (with samba).
Everything is OK. Except the winbind process fails to start, the error is

Dec 14 13:44:09 tarooza winbindd[4323]: [2005/12/14 13:44:09, 0] lib/util_sock.c:create_pipe_sock(1278)
Dec 14 13:44:09 tarooza winbindd[4323]:   invalid permissions on socket directory /var/lib/samba/winbindd_privileged

Any ideas ? any workarounds ?

regards
Sanjay Upadhyay
