Nothing special here.

Just create a new bridge with brctl before starting the virtual servers and 
configure a new nic on it in Xen's cfg file. Xend will create the vif and 
attach it to the specified bridge at startup. You server will now boot with a 
new eth1 linked to your new bridge.
