Hi Tom,
 
are you in xen0 or xenU ... sounds like you might be in the xenU
directory, where most of the hardware options are turned off.
 
I run "make ARCH=xen menuconfig" from xen0 directory:
marlon@arwen linux-2.6.11-xen0 $ pwd
/home/marlon/tmp/xen-2.0/linux-2.6.11-xen0
marlon@arwen linux-2.6.11-xen0 $
I think that's is a bug. I already try to do everything, but without 
sucess....
even copying a custom .config to xen0 directory and running "make 
ARCH=xen oldconfig" 
the options that I need don't show up.
