[Xen-tools] Integration of Web Services into the Xen tools

Well this work on integrating web services into the Xen tools belongs to my 
degree thesis in computer science which I'll finish in few days (I'll take my 
degree on 3 October). So I'm very busy for now but very soon I'll post the link 
to make you access my work (please be patient).

No, I didn't use this new API but my SOAPServer can be easily modified in order 
to support it, in the same way you modified the XMLRPCServer.

I hope to continue working with Xen and if you are interested in my work don't
