[XenPPC] noHV patches as of 12/19/2006

To document noHV status and for anyone
who may want to experiment with noHV development, these are the current
patches.  The patch files should be applied to xenppc-unstable.hg
and linux-ppc-2.6.hg from xenbits.xensource.com.  The two new files
should be placed in in the Xen tree in arch/powerpc/powerpc64/nohv.c and
include/asm-powerpc/nohv.h.

These mods have been tested only on
systemsim-gpul: I have done a fresh build with them today with updated
trees from xensource (the mods haven't changed since 12/19/2006) and tested
them through linux boot with ramdisk and simple command execution.  The
eventual plan is to bring them up first on a pblade and then on a G5, but
I have been reassigned so that is my lowest priority and I probably won't
work on it anytime soon, unless my priorities are changed.
