[Xen-ia64-devel] [rfc 16/16] Kexec: Add xen_limit_pages_to_max_mfn()
Add xen_limit_pages_to_max_mfn() in keeping with x86.
On ia64 it seems that it just needs to be a wrapper
for xen_create_contiguous_region().
