Hi,

I have updated the patch I posted yesterday.

This patch allow xen to be relocated by the boot loader (elilo or grub).
Xenheap is not anymore just after Xen. It is now allocated dynamically (a
free memory is searched from the memmap). As a consequence, dom0 and initrd
are not relocated anymore.

As this patch makes a few big changes, please test on as many arch as you can!

Tested by just booting dom0.

Tristan.
