   I'd rather see us fix Xen to provide dom0 with a memory map that
works and fulfills the dom0_mem request.  I think when we move to p2m/vp
we only need to ensure that we first provide memory <4GB, then provide
the rest of the memory anywhere else in dom0's address space.  Thanks,
