Yes, SAL_GET_STATE_INFO may retrieve data per CPU. CMCs are often
per CPU info, and CPEs may return different data based on the CPU. To
retrieve all the logs, we need to query on each CPU. Certainly throws a
kink in letting dom0 manage them... Thanks,
