Replying just to xen-ia64-devel for now...
Are you assuming grant tables are turned on? My
understanding is that was the direction for the
net drivers so all of Matt's work on the blkif
assumed grant tables. I haven't studied the code yet
but it would seem that it would make this problem
easier.
