Actually even without CONFIG_XEN_PLATFORM_PCI the pvhvm series could
still be the cause of the problem.

The version of the series currently in pvops is quite old, I have just
completed a rebase on xen/next and baseline 2.6.32 and sent it to Jeremy
to facilitate the merge.

I suggest you to try again as soon as Jeremy pulls.
