This bug doesn't exist in 2.6.18-xen or in the current novell forwardports, 
afaik.
It only exists in the snapshot that debian uses in their 2.6.26-*-xen kernels.

Yes, the bugfix patch is only needed in the debian 2.6.26 tree.
