Hi, Keir
    Seems there is a typo in #Cset20076, and attached patch fix it, otherwise it may break VT-d device assignment.  In addition, teardown_msi_irq is not needed, because destory_irq has covered its logic totally, and this patch should fix msi-enabled old dom0's boot issue.
