In Xen 3.3.1, the full realmode emulation (rather than vmxassist) is used, so
Alexandre's issue should have nothing to do with realmode itself.
BTW, recent Intel's CPU can also support true Real Mode in virtual machine mode
and the feature has been supported by xen-unstable for several months.
