I have a few options for you to consider:

1) http://wiki.xensource.com/xenwiki/Xen_Work  ; Location for Community members to list work items they are interested in but don't have time
2) http://wiki.xensource.com/xenwiki/XenRoadMap : Xen Roadmap document lists projects that are looking for people to work on
