It looks as if that is a RHEL5 base version of a kernel that did not have the full complement of back-port SATA drivers.
I would suggest you just get the SRPM RPM of the RHEL5 U2, extract it and dump it in the linux-2.6.18-xen.hg directory. Thought that is a bit of a naive way of doing it and it might work.
