With patches just submitted to allow stubdom to work with the new
out-of-tree qemu-xen-unstable.git, I think the final obstacle to removing
the in-tree ioemu has disappeared. I therefore plan to delete the internal
ioemu tree early next week unless anyone has a strong reason to delay this
action.
