When passthrough device is hot removed from HVM domain by "xm
pci-detach" command, following issues occur. The patch fixes them.

   - Allocated memory is not deallocated.
   - Unbind interrupt with invalid interrupt pin.
   - MSI-X memory mapped register area is not unmapped.
