Fedora has been doing work to get Xen guests kernels working on modern
kernels using the pv_ops support in mainline. In Fedora 9 there is i686
(already upstream) and x86_64 (add on patches) DomU support on 2.6.25

  http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/XenPvops

The x86_64 DomU patches will be pushed upstream as soon as practical

The next plan is to get Dom0 kernls working for Fedora 10. Whether Dom0
patches will get accepted upstream is an open question because they are
more complex than DomU support

  http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Features/XenPvopsDom0

In absence of Dom0 support, the 'xenner' project also provides the ability
to run paravirt Xen DomU kernels using KVM fullvirt if you're unable to
switch the guest in question to a real bare metal kernel.

Regards,
Dan.
