In the latest xen-testing (3.0.4-rc), there's no KERNALS and XKERNELS
at the beginning of Makefile. I still prefer building seperate dom0
and domU kernels. I manually add those in the Makefile and it
compiled.
------------
KERNELS ?= linux-2.6-xen0 linux-2.6-xenU
XKERNELS .....
---------------

Do we plan to drop this important feature in the future? or are there
other ways to do this?

Thanks

Wensheng
