The whole environments I used are:
-------------------------
MT: disabled
Xen0: UP
Comment " *** serial='pty' *** " in the config file (very important!)
GFW: Flash.fd.2006.12.01
VTI Network: close (this may not be necessary, but I guess it may make
installation faster)
-------------------------
Maybe you can do a compare with your settings.
