Hi, In xeno-unstable I want to build a kernel (hypervisor) with
debugging and the debugger. I have already built a tree in
this directory. What do I need to do to get a new build?
I tried:

   $ make clean
   $ make debug=y debugger=y install
   $ ./install.sh
   $ shutdown -r now

and when I'm done I still dont get a debugger help screen when
I hit 'h' on the serial console. Do I need to do a kclean?
Have the debugger options changed in -unstable? What am I doing
wrong?
