This is the latest xenstore code, taken from Mike's CVS with minor
Makefile clean, and renamed the vanity file.  Putting it in the tree
does nothing but ensure it's built and commented on: it needs to be used
by the tools (Mike has some stuff), and the domU kernels (I have code
but wrestling with that).
