Hmm, yes. On restore we allocate the maximum amount of memory the domain
is allowed to have, and then balloon it down once the memory image has
been restored.
For a save/restore this is pretty easy to fix, but it's a little bit
awkward for migration where the domain keeps running, and could
potentially be expanding its memory requirements during the migration.
I think we'll have to modify xc_resume to lazily allocate memory on
demand rather than the current conservative approach.
We'll look into fixing this in the unstable tree.
