Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
When doing save/restore, sometimes it will fail. And show following error:
   Error: /usr/lib/xen/bin/xc_restore 58 11 5 6 1 1 1 0 failed
   Usage: xm restore <CheckpointFile> [-p]
Restore a domain from a saved state.
-p, --paused Do not unpause domain after restoring it
migration fails too since it base on the function of save/restore.
