According the fail log: 
TBOOT: TPM: tpm_unseal() blob invalid
TBOOT: failed to unseal blob
We have a further investigation, after clear the SRK secret to zero, dom0 S3
with Tboot is OK now.

the steps of clear SRK:
1) clear TPM in BIOS
2) modprobe tpm_tis force=1 interrupts=0
3) tpm_takeowership -z
