Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
On 32bit system, dom0 will hang when do many times scp from other machine to
dom0. 2.6.18 dom0 did not met this machine.
my config:
VT-d enabled
dom0_mem=1G
swap 2G
xend start, and hide other NIC, only one NIC work on Dom0
