Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
if assign msi capable device to guest by vt-d, guest qemu window disappears
while booting up. but the domain is not destroyed. 

qemu log shows:
...
pt_msgctrl_reg_write: setup msi for dev 38
pt_msi_setup: error map msi
pt_msgctrl_reg_write: pt_msi_setup error!!!
pt_pci_write_config: Internal error: Invalid write emulation return value[-1].
I/O emulator exit.
