Xen does not allow creation of vms with a name starting with 0 > 9.

This is a logistical problem for customers moving physical machines to a Xen
virtual environment.

One of my customers has 200+ servers who's identifiers start with a number, and
the customer needs to keep this naming standard in the virtual environment.
