Hi,

I'm building Xen 3.1.0 from the source tarball following the instructions in
the README. The build failed because xgettext could not be found, which means
that the requirement of the gettext package is missing from the README.
Attached patch fixes that. Also it adds the name of the openssl header files on
Debian-based systems (libssl-dev instead of openssl-dev).
