Bug detailed description:
--------------------------
when use "xm migrate ID localhost" to do local live migration, guest will hang
and the qemu window 
change to black colour. Using "xm li", we can see two guest, but acctually we
only boot one guest.


Reproduce steps:
----------------
1.prepare a image and a configure file
2.Do local live migration use "xm migrate ID localhost"
