[Xen-bugs] [Bug 907] New: multiple usb devices forwarding in hvm
| http://bugzilla.xensource.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=907
Summary: multiple usb devices forwarding in hvm
           Product: Xen
           Version: 3.0 (general)
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: HVM
        AssignedTo: xen-bugs@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
        ReportedBy: henning_sprang@xxxxxx
I already reported in bug #906 that the usb port forwarding for other devices
than mouse or tablet does not work for me as descrobed here:
http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/research/srg/netos/xen/readmes/user/user.html#SECTION04344000000000000000
Besides that, I was wondering how I could add multiple device with
this configuration syntax. Or better: why not?
Because as it's documeted, I can only use exactly one usb device, which is
already needed to be the mouse because otherwise mouse in vnc behaves strangely
(which is a known problem dosumented in the manual).
I am not sure if this is a featue enhancement request or a documentation
request.
I already tried usbdevice='tablet, host:vid:pid', but that doesn't work (with
correct
vid and pid values) - that deosn't seem to work.
Didn't try yet to use a python list, currently fighting with the other
problems...
