Problem: 
When testing out the live-CD version, documentation is often in PDF format.
When said document is attempted to be opened, it does not, a dialog box asks
which application sould be used to open it, and no pdf viewers are availible
within the choices (to the best of my ability to find). 

Recommendation: 
Some pdf viewer should be included and automatically invoked when a PDF
document is selected to be opened.
