Minimal patch to fix set_bit with gcc4.1 and >native word-size values on the
stack
The attached patch is a simple work-around for set_bit on larger than native
word size values passed on the stack. I looked at linux 2.6.17 to get the
attached clobber list changes for set_bit and __set_bit, but I suggest looking
to update bitmap.h from Linux for the remaining bit operations.
