The small memory issue has come up again with the switch over to the -xen
kernel. Xm-test fails its smallmem test. We need to change the test in xm-test
to 32 or perhaps 64 MBs. Is the default domain value for xm-test - 64MB -
enough? Should that be bumped? 

Should we also patch the tools to print out a warning message if memory for
create is less than a specific amount? Should the default config files for
domain creation also include a warning?
