Many people seem to have problems with xensv not working out-of-the-box, because
in the Makefile for xen tools there's one entry missing:

SUBDIRS += sv

xensv itself is installed properly because it comes from misc, but
/var/lib/xen/sv  and the appropriate files are missing.
