I built some xapi components on Debian Lenny. I got a error when building 
xenguest. Adding the linking flag to zlib solved the problem. 

My suspection is that the flag might not be necessary in the native XCP 
building environment for some reason. On the other hand, if adding this flag 
won't break the XCP's native building process (I don't have a XCP Dev 
environment at hand so can not verify), it's no harm to add this for better 
portability.
